How old does my child have to be to participate?

Every event is “parent present” and suitable for ages 1-5. This means we expect at least one parent to arrive with their child ready to participate and assist them. If your child is younger, they may need more of your help! If your child is a bit older, they may be more independent.

What do I need to bring besides my child?

We recommend bringing your child in clothes you won’t mind getting messy in. As well as a water & light snack!

How can I reserve a spot?

To reserve a spot at an upcoming event, visit our homepage! You can send an email or DM via Instagram with any questions you may have prior to booking. To reserve your spot we ask that you pay in full at least 24-48hrs prior to the date of the event.

The event is today and I haven’t reserved a spot! What should I do?

Uh Oh! Send us a message ASAP & we will do our best to reserve a last minute spot if it is available. If it is not, we will be sure to add you to our email list for upcoming events!

What is your refund policy?

If you have made and paid for your reservation and can no longer attend we offer a few options. If you let us know 48hrs in advance you will receive a full refund or a credit for the next class (your choice)! If you do not give at least 48hrs notice, we can only offer a credit for a future event.

I have been to an All Ways Kids event before, do I have to fill out a waiver for every event?

Absolutely not! Once you’ve filled out the waiver, information is stored for any future events you may attend! There is no need to fill out a waiver for each class UNLESS there are changes to be made that differ from your original waiver. We will accept the most recent waiver as the most accurate!
