About the Owner
Jennifer Manthey
Working with children, understanding their needs, and creating an environment conducive with learning and feeling safe came naturally to me. After receiving my degree in Early Childhood Education I was fortunate to be able to gain experience with different age groups from 0-5 years old within the first 3 years of my career. As years passed I built my confidence in teaching, expanded my knowledge of the administrative and business side with the goal of creating something of my own.
Approaching year 5 of my career it was clear to me that I could create a difference in the education of young hearts & minds. In order to make this dream a reality I needed to completely change my life and it’s structure. I transitioned out of teaching and took on a new role as Director of a local afterschool program. This gave me experience in a wider age range, helped me to avoid teacher burnout (which I have faced before, not pretty), train & lead a team of teachers, and so much more. It also gave me the time every morning to concentrate on All Ways Kids and everything it could be.
By the time I completed my contract for the school year, I was ready to dive in headfirst, trusting in myself & my vision. All Ways Kids was born July of 2023!
The belief behind the business is that we are always kids…whether that’s the inner child that lives in every grown up or the toddler holding your hand through life. Our events are made to be a safe place for all families, bringing together new friends, and making core memories through learning.
Pop-Ups
Pop Up Classes are located in a growing number of local/small businesses in the NJ/NY area. We collaborate with these businesses to create unique experiences and curate to each specific space. Our classes implement activities that promote mindfulness, sensory development & exploration, creativity through art, and play based learning. These classes are “Parent Present” meaning at least one adult must be present and ready to participate with their child. We invite & encourage all parents and family types to join us for a class!
Collaborating with Taylor Baked
Our pop-up classes get a little bit sweeter every time we collaborate with Taylor Baked! This female owned and operated local small business creates the cutest custom cookies & decorating kits. Taylor makes the cookie kits for our classes herself, keeping them allergen free & safe for kids!

Cancel your reservation up to 48hrs prior to the event for a full refund. In other cases, receive a credit for a future class!
